A federal appeals court has found that Harvard University’s admission policy does not discriminate against Asian Americans.

The group Students for Fair Admissions, or SFFA, has argued Harvard systematically rates Asian Americans lower on certain personality traits like courage and leadership.

In her decision, the judge cited 42 years of Supreme Court precedent that allows admissions officials to consider race as one of many factors.

The court says Harvard values all types of diversity, not just racial diversity, and its consideration of race in admissions is constitutional.

I mean, how likely do you think it is that this case really will be considered by the Supreme Court?
