Voters will choose two candidates for the Birmingham Board of Education in the Nov. 3 election.
Joseph: To make a difference, to strengthen Birmingham Education standards, to secure students safety, and to involve families and teachers more frequently.
Salami: I’m running to bring a different perspective to our school board that hasn’t been heard before.
What attributes or skills do you bring to the school board that will help move the school district and education forward into the future?
Clifford: The Birmingham School District has been blessed with the three things all school districts need to be successful: dedicated teachers and staff, parental and community involvement, and money.
