Three Indian American doctors, who launched a new movement to empower women, have been awarded the prestigious Leadership in Women Empowerment Award by Indian Medical Association of New England (IMANE).

Dr. Manju Sheth, Dr. Deepa Jhaveri, and Shaleen Sheth, were honored for their “Women who win# Dreamcatchers” initiative at IMANE’s annual gala held virtually on Dec 12.

The platform was given the “President’s Award” for “Leadership in Women Empowerment” by IMANE, one of the oldest organizations for medical professionals of Indian origin in the New England area.

“I’ve always had a passion for women empowerment, and I bring that to all the projects and opportunities I pursue,” she says.
