At my predominantly Asian high school in the early 2010s, every grade level seemed to have its own ABG clique.

While working at a restaurant, I met a group of women coworkers who had been friends since their high school days in the 90s.

The first time I watched the Fung brothers’ 18 Types of Asian Girls was in 2015, as a high school senior.

One of my old high school classmates, TZ, began identifying as an ABG while attending a University of California school.
